Medical Coding Leadership Opportunity

  • We seek a seasoned medical coding professional with 17+ years of experience and expertise in managing large teams.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, client handling experience, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, including workload management, staffing, training, and quality control.
  • Develop long-range and short-term goals, objectives, and plans to ensure implementation.
  • Evaluate innovations and changes in programs, policies, and procedures for process improvement.
  • Design and implement systems to improve data accessibility and identify problems.
  • Prepare administrative reports and oversee coding compliance programs.
  • Ensure regulatory updates are communicated effectively to staff.
  • Conduct and oversee coding audits and monitoring of accuracy and documentation adequacy.
  • Review claim denials and rejections related to coding and medical necessity issues.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate (preferably from Life Science background)
  • 17+ years of experience in Multispecialty Coding and team management
  • Excellent communication skills and strong managerial, leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on experience in generating reports using MS Office tools
