Technical Support Specialist

At our company, we require an individual to provide technical support for users and create instructional content for internal use on our software system.

This role involves providing excellent customer service and responding to user inquiries in a timely manner. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating comprehensive guides and tutorials to help users understand how to use our software.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and chat.
  • Create instructional content, including guides, tutorials, and FAQs.
  • Design and implement training programs to help users get the most out of our software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and release notes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1 year of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software development environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in software applications and operating systems.
  • Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly.
