Coupa Implementation Specialist Job Description

Embark on a challenging career as a Coupa Implementation Specialist and leverage cutting-edge technology to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement Coupa modules, including sourcing, contracts, procure, invoice, expenses, and more.
  • Establish seamless integrations with Coupa and other systems, ensuring efficient data exchange.
  • Provide expert support for Coupa configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain enhancements, fixes, and changes to meet evolving business needs.
  • Create customized sourcing forms, objects, procurement/invoicing approval chains, dynamic account validation rules, charts of accounts, business account security groups, and technical/business roles in Coupa.
  • Collaborate with integration partners and consultants to integrate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Work with global business partners to incorporate sourcing, procurement, and invoicing requirements, statutory regulations, and controls into viable solutions.
  • Design and develop functional specs, Source-to-Target Maps, batch, and configuration documents for integration partners.
  • Implement end-to-end Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay business processes.
  • Apply sound business acumen in procurement areas and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Architect and design Coupa integrations with ERP/middleware/3rd Party applications.
  • Contribute to Agile methodology, including creating stories, working in Kanban environments, and participating in scrums and other Agile ceremonies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Coupa and related technologies.
  • Demonstrate expertise in configuration, customization, and optimization of Coupa modules.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Showcase ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
