Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our digital transformation strategy and drive innovation in the Training function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing large-scale digital learning strategies, with a deep understanding of current and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Transformation: Develop and implement a holistic digital learning strategy aligned with our business goals, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance the employee experience.
  • Champion Digital Learning Technologies: Champion the adoption and integration of digital learning technologies across the organization, ensuring seamless user experience and maximum ROI.

Program Design:

  • Needs Assessment: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify current and future digital skill gaps across the workforce, driving data-driven decision-making to inform program development.
  • Innovative Program Development: Design and oversee the development of innovative, scalable digital learning content and programs, incorporating simulations, virtual reality, microlearning, and blended learning models.

Technology Management & Innovation:

  • Digital Platform Evaluation: Evaluate, select, and manage digital learning platforms and technologies to ensure they meet organizational needs, optimizing costs and maximizing value.
  • Emerging Trends: Stay ahead of emerging trends and best practices in digital learning and workplace technology, driving continuous innovation in the Training function.
  • Digital Infrastructure: Oversee the creation of a robust digital learning infrastructure, including onboarding programs for new hires, to support seamless employee onboarding and upskilling.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in developing and implementing large-scale digital learning strategies, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Technological Understanding: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and change management skills, with the ability to drive cultural transformation.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making to measure effectiveness and optimize outcomes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Management/Business or related field.
  • Experience: 15-20 years of experience in a BPO company, with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing digital transformation for the Training function.
