Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Design Professional to contribute to the creation of high-quality designs. This role offers a unique chance to work closely with our Senior Designer and develop your skills in interior design.

  • Design Discussions: Participate in design discussions with clients, assist in preparing Minutes of Meetings, and ensure timely delivery.
  • 3D Design Support: Assist the Senior Designer in creating 3D designs using SpaceCraft and Sketchup, and provide recommendations for enhancements.
  • Site Visits and File Management: Accompany the Senior Designer on site visits and manage files across HomeLane's tech systems.
  • Commercial Proposals: Assist in creating commercial proposals using SpaceCraft and other quoting tools, and validate quotes for transparency and fairness.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with various stakeholders to achieve great design outcomes and build relationships with teams like sales, drawing QC, project management, and planners.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • B.Arch, B.Des, M.Des, or Diploma in Design degree
  • 0-1 year of experience in Interior Design/Architecture
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Basic knowledge of Modular furniture
  • Practical knowledge of SketchUp
  • A great attitude

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Senior Designer in design discussions and meetings
  • Preparing Minutes of Meetings and tracking project milestones
  • Supporting 3D design creation and recommending enhancements
  • Managing files across HomeLane's tech systems
  • Assisting in creating commercial proposals and validating quotes
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to achieve great design outcomes
