Job Title: 3D Visualiser

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled 3D Visualiser to join our team and contribute to the creation of stunning photorealistic renderings and visualizations for interior design and architecture projects.

The ideal candidate will bring design concepts to life through exceptional 3D modeling and rendering skills, collaborating with designers and architects to understand project requirements and design intent.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visualizations for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
  • Develop photorealistic interior and exterior visualizations from architectural drawings and design concepts.
  • Collaborate with designers and architects to understand project requirements and design intent.
  • Produce walkthrough animations, 360° panoramas, and virtual reality experiences.
  • Ensure accurate lighting, materials, textures, and atmospheric effects in all renderings.
  • Meet project deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  • Stay updated with latest 3D software, rendering techniques, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in 3D visualization for interior design/architecture.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating photorealistic renderings and diverse project types.
  • Expert proficiency in: 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer.
  • Proficiency in: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, After Effects.
  • Knowledge of: Lumion, Unreal Engine, Blender (preferred).
  • Understanding of lighting principles, composition, and color theory.
  • Experience with post-production and image editing techniques.
