Your Role

You will be responsible for creating detailed blueprints, layouts, and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related design software.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality technical drawings and documentation to support accurate execution by contractors and vendors.
  • Translate client requirements into visual concepts that clearly communicate the design intent and functionality.
  • Maintain organized design files and ensure all documentation is updated throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of all design elements.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns.
  • Evaluate product quality, durability, and budget requirements to source cost-effective yet high-quality products.
  • Prepare material boards and samples for client approval before procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, fire safety regulations, and accessibility guidelines.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, sustainability practices, and new materials/technologies for continuous improvement.
  • Document compliance measures and provide guidance to contractors and clients on regulatory aspects.
  • Develop and present creative design concepts, mood boards, 3D visualizations, and layouts tailored to client requirements.
  • Incorporate client feedback systematically and refine proposals to achieve design alignment and satisfaction.
  • Foster approval processes by providing professional and persuasive presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering / Industrial Design (Master's preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and related design visualization software.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in architectural/interior design, project coordination, or related field.
  • Proven track record in preparing detailed technical drawings, layouts, and 3D models.
