Lead Interior Designer

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 3-year Diploma in Interior Designing / Architecture from a reputable institution
  • No less than 5 years of experience in interior design, preferably with a track record of leading design teams or managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated expertise in design software and tools, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
