Campaign Operations Associate

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Campaign Operations Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the seamless execution of advertising and promotional campaigns across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute advertising and promotional campaigns using digital marketing tools across multiple platforms.
  • Manage campaign setup, launch, and monitoring (Display, Sponsored Products, Video, etc.), ensuring Service Level Agreements are met and conducting live Quality Assurance during launch.
  • Ensure compliance with technical and creative guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, tech) and external stakeholders for operational coordination.
  • Validate campaign deliverables (assets, targeting) before execution.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, configuration issues, and manage support tickets.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards with actionable insights as per Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Escalate content or programming errors to partner teams for resolution.
  • Monitor compliance and quality control processes, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines and standards.
  • Handle operational issues swiftly and accurately for resolution.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in handling digital advertising platforms and spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with campaign management tools (Salesforce, Excel, AdTech platforms).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
  • Flexibility to work in night shifts and weekend coverage if required.
  • Knowledge/understanding of digital marketing is an added advantage.
  • Prior domain knowledge in campaign operations/digital marketing preferred.
