Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to drive awareness, conversions, and growth for our business.

This role is ideal for someone who loves digital marketing, is data-driven, and wants hands-on exposure to running high-impact campaigns for a fast-growing consumer brand. You will work closely with creative, design, and e-commerce teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to achieve key outcomes – conversions, retention, and return on ad spend.
  • Continuously analyze campaign data, optimize targeting, creatives, placements, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Track daily spends and campaign efficiency against KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and competitor strategies to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Share insights and reports with the marketing team to inform future campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Candidate with a strong interest in digital marketing or up to 2-3 years of experience.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in working with data, numbers, and reports.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for wellness and e-commerce marketing is a plus.
