Lead Statistician and Clinical Trials Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Biostatistician to lead our clinical trials team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biostatistics, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Summary:

The Senior Biostatistician will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing statistical strategies in support of clinical trials. This includes developing Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs), authoring and reviewing reports, and ensuring quality control of statistical outputs.

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree or PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in clinical trial biostatistics. They will also have proficiency in statistical programming languages such as SAS, R, and Python.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Statistical Leadership: Develop and implement statistical strategies in support of clinical trials, including SAP development and review.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including research scientists, clinicians, and regulatory experts.
  • Communication: Author and review reports, presentations, and other documents to communicate statistical results to stakeholders.
  • Quality Control: Ensure quality control of statistical outputs and maintain compliance with internal standards.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree or PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in clinical trial biostatistics.
  • Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as SAS, R, and Python.
  • Strong understanding of CDISC standards and their application.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
