Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled India Market Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in helping clients successfully enter and establish themselves in the Indian market.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research on Indian industries, competitors, regulations, and customer segments relevant to client projects.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape in India (FSSAI, CDSCO, BIS, GST, import duties, etc.) and prepare insightful reports for clients.
  • Develop and manage a database of potential Indian distributors, agents, vendors, and trade associations relevant to clients.
  • Assist in identifying and partnering with suitable distributors, channel partners, and associations on behalf of clients.
  • Prepare high-quality deliverables: presentations, reports, and market-entry strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Coordinate with international clients on project timelines, queries, and progress updates.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Support business development by crafting compelling proposals, case studies, and insights that drive growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Education:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, International Trade, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA/PGDM is a significant plus.

Experience:

1–4 years of experience in research, consulting, international trade, or business development. Strong analytical skills and a passion for market development make you an ideal candidate.
