We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Marketing Specialist to drive our marketing efforts forward. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across both digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive efficiency in campaign execution
  • Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote our products
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of photo shoots and video productions as needed
  • Develop strategic partnerships with vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Coordinate in-store promotions, tastings, food festivals, and trade events
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights
  • Engage with influencers and content creators to increase product reach
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 6-12 months experience in a marketing role, preferably in the food industry
  • Proficiency in digital and offline marketing tools (Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads)
  • Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Creative mindset with knowledge of current food trends
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
