HR Business Partner Job Summary

Our company seeks a skilled HR Business Partner to drive strategic people initiatives and enhance employee experience.

This role will collaborate with business leaders to develop effective HR strategies, improve employee engagement, and build a culture of performance and excellence across our BPO teams.

  1. Develop and implement HR programs that align with business goals and objectives.
  2. Drive end-to-end employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, performance management, engagement, and retention.
  3. Manage workforce challenges such as attrition, absenteeism, shift adherence, and productivity.
  4. Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution with fairness and empathy.
  5. Partner with business teams to identify skill gaps and drive capability-building initiatives.
  6. Work on HR analytics – track and analyze key HR metrics like attrition, engagement scores, and productivity trends.
  7. Collaborate with the central HR team on policy implementation, compliance, and HR process improvements.
  8. Build strong engagement programs tailored to the needs of BPO employees across shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
