
Human Resources Business Process Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources expert to join our organization as a Manager of Business Process. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of our company.
In this role, you will be responsible for aligning HR practices with business objectives to drive performance and growth. You will leverage HR data for decision-making and track key performance metrics. Additionally, you will manage employee concerns effectively while ensuring adherence to labor laws and internal policies.
This is an individual contributor role that requires exceptional ownership and accountability. You will possess smart problem-solving abilities and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Performance management experience is crucial in driving and managing performance cycles effectively.
You should also have expertise in HR analytics and reporting, proficiency in Excel, and experience in designing and implementing engagement strategies. Furthermore, you should have experience in planning and executing employee reward programs.
To be successful in this role, you must have an MBA/PGDM specializing in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A high level of proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, and similar tools is required.
