Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our operations team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in managing teams at BPO/KPO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily workflow to maximize productivity
  • Ensure schedule adherence for self and team members
  • Overcome operational challenges through effective management
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders via calls and emails
  • Prepare accurate reports and submit timely to key partners
  • Perform quality checks on team member work
  • Conduct regular meetings to maintain quality standards
  • Anticipate business needs and prepare reports accordingly
  • Review QC feedback and devise strategies for quality improvement

Requirements:

  • Graduate or master's degree from any stream
  • 5-7 years of experience in managing teams at BPO/KPO
  • Strong English communication skills with problem-solving ability
  • Excellent networking skills to achieve business objectives
  • Training skills to conduct process, refresher, and soft skills training
  • Able to create a fast-paced team-oriented environment
  • Ability to manage stress under pressure
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet/Intranet
  • Able to learn quickly and teach team members on process nuances
  • Familiarity with night shifts and holidays is required
