We are seeking an exceptional People Leader who possesses a deep understanding of the organization's vision and goals. This individual will play a critical role in scaling our operation and driving customer-centricity, team growth, and well-being. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a large and complex site/location, working closely with senior operations leaders to strategize business objectives and execute key HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will lead complete generalist activities, including HR initiatives, employee retention, and employee engagement.
  • Provide strategic thinking and direction to the team, implementing Human Resource strategies effectively and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement an effective employee lifecycle, providing vision, leadership, planning, and guidance.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers, serving as an interface between internal (Human Resources) and business operations leaders to ensure effective delivery of employee processes.
  • Drive the continuing development of the team and integrate HR functions.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement both short and long-term human resources strategies designed to drive business growth and overall employee engagement.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to drive culture change for the location, aligning with organizational values.
  • Lead the creation of a culture of open and proactive communications, ensuring every employee has the necessary information to perform at their maximum potential.
  • Implement employee engagement programs and surveys, collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence (CoE) to manage employee compensation, benefits, and reward programs.
  • Act as a mentor, coach, thought leader, and functional expert to senior management.
  • Develop and implement consistent HR management strategies, including policy/practices, performance management, compensation, goal setting, diversity, and inclusion, and employee relations.
  • Manage and develop direct reporting staff.
