**Job Title:** Experienced Technology Delivery Lead

As a seasoned professional, you will oversee the successful delivery of large and complex technology projects. Your key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to manage project scope and risk, driving profitability by ensuring high-quality service delivery and cost management, and supporting sales through innovative solutions.

  • Develop proof of concepts for functionalities in S4 HANA Finance, leading end-to-end project delivery
  • Establish deep business process functional expertise, including E2E business process flow documentation based on discussions with business and requirement analysis
  • Lead teams to deliver SAP S4 HANA Finance projects efficiently and effectively in an Onshore / Offshore model
  • Coordinate cross-functional team communication and coordination

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 10-12 years of functional experience in S/4HANA Accounting with good finance functional expertise
  • Hands-on experience in E2E Finance business processes, including preparing scope documents, business process analysis, requirement analysis, gap identification, business blueprinting, process mapping, configuration, and testing
  • The ability to identify and deliver process optimization and automation opportunities
  • SAP S/4 HANA certification is an added advantage

You should possess:

  • A strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices
  • Experience with project management methodologies and frameworks
  • The ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights
  • Familiarity with risk management strategies in technology projects
