Cloud Support Engineer

At our organization, we are looking for a skilled Cloud Support Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and expertise to ensure the smooth operation of our cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure, applications, and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the field of cloud computing.
Requirements:Technical Skills:
  • Extensive knowledge of cloud infrastructure, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong understanding of virtualization, containerization, and orchestration.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based monitoring and logging tools.
  • Experience with cloud security, compliance, and governance.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ITIL certification.
  • Experience with cloud migration and deployment.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Certification in cloud-related technologies such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate.
