Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Security Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Security Specialist to manage and secure our cloud-native environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the security of our distributed IT infrastructure, end-user devices, and identity and access management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies and enforce Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and other security measures.
  • Monitor and maintain SaaS platforms used by our organization, including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Notion, Jira, and others.
  • Set up and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) across all endpoints, enforcing security policies such as device encryption, patching, antivirus, screen lock, remote wipe, and self-service onboarding/offboarding.
  • Maintain asset inventory for cloud and physical devices and set up VPN/Zero Trust Access models where needed.
  • Manage basic networking and firewall rules in both physical offices and cloud environments.

Security and Compliance:

  • Conduct regular user access reviews and implement least privilege.
  • Run vulnerability scans on endpoints and cloud systems and implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies where necessary.
  • Monitor and enforce phishing protection, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and endpoint monitoring/EDR tools.
  • Ensure compliance tracking for ISO 27001 and SOC2 readiness and conduct InfoSec awareness training quarterly.

Cloud Infrastructure Administration:

  • Monitor AWS usage and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Manage IAM users, policies, roles, and basic AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail.
  • Assist the DevOps team in ensuring secure cloud configurations.

Preferred Experience with AI-Driven Tools:

  • Experience with AI-driven MDM platforms, AI-assisted Identity Governance tools, AI-based Cloud Cost Optimization tools, AI-based email security/DLP platforms, and AI-assisted VAPT/vulnerability scanning tools.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered IT Helpdesk platforms and willingness to adopt an AI-first approach to IT and InfoSec automation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience in Cloud-based IT Admin roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace/Azure AD/Okta, MDM platforms, cloud networking/firewalls, and AWS IAM/basic cloud services.
  • Basic InfoSec knowledge, including endpoint security, DLP, and email security.
