Job Title

We are seeking an accomplished professional to spearhead our competitive intelligence efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive battlecards to empower sales teams in pitching the value proposition of our solutions while analyzing rival capabilities and market dynamics.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of competitor product portfolios to highlight positioning, solution gaps, weaknesses, and strengths.
  • Drive a holistic understanding of competitor structures, go-to-market strategies (GTMs), financial performance, and sales/business strategies.
  • Monitor company, competitor, and sector developments to leverage current market insights and assess relative positions.
  • Conduct solution, trend, and market assessments in support of executive decision-making and RFP requirements.
  • Extensively utilize analyst reports, company publications, and market commentary to provide incisive competitive intelligence.
  • Evolve into a competitive intelligence expert with strong knowledge of market positioning, company propositions, and the competitive landscape.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in creating and maintaining competitive battlecards to equip sales representatives with counter-strategies against competitor capabilities.
  • Proven experience in competitive intelligence and market research.
  • Sustained exposure to IT solutions such as cloud, data center, networking, cybersecurity, and digital workplace.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with ability to synthesize data from multiple sources.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver insights to stakeholders.
