Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Paid Social Manager to oversee multiple client accounts and drive performance through campaign optimization.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience managing monthly budgets, proficiency in major advertising platforms, and a deep understanding of e-commerce consumer behaviour.

This is a remote role with flexible working hours, offering opportunities for learning and development, as well as a remote work setup allowance.

About the Role
  • Manage 5-7 paid media client accounts and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Ideate, manage and optimize e-commerce digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Amazon to drive traffic, engagement, sales, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Develop audience targeting strategies and manage client budgets to align marketing efforts with product launches and seasonal campaigns.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and analyze data insights to ensure campaigns meet targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience managing monthly budgets of $50K+
  • Proficiency in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Amazon Advertising)
  • Understanding of feed management and e-commerce consumer behaviour
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, including troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Basecamp)
