Senior Digital Marketing Strategist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at a leading agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing and social media, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators in India, ensuring brand alignment and deliverables are met.
  • Analyze digital marketing data to inform campaign optimization and strategy.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align plans and ensure deliverables are delivered smoothly.
  • Collaborate with external partners to develop and implement paid media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of digital marketing mandate, overseeing go-to-market strategy and influencer campaign management.
  • Briefing and working with agency partners to align, develop, and ensure deliverables are completed on time as per plan.
  • Developing Go To Market strategies for short-form video social marketing activations, including owned and operated social and the social of allied partners.
  • Helping inform internal teams of key trends and/or brand crisis situations on social media that can impact the business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-9 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and social media marketing across agencies or client-side.
  • Strong understanding of the KOF short format video ecosystem in India, SFV influencers, cutting-edge social and marketing work in the market.
  • Proficiency in project management and marketing execution across channels and markets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and campaigns in India and around the world.
  • Experience in digital analytics, knowledge of digital media monitoring and listening tools.
