Digital Marketing Specialist / Manager

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager to join our team and drive growth through performance, creativity, and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid media/performance marketing, with hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager. They will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns across digital platforms, as well as analyzing campaign data to provide insights and improve ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for paid media campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign management, including audience research, keyword targeting, ad creation, bid strategy, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and copy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, algorithm changes, and ad-tech innovations.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports for internal teams and clients with clear KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.).
  • Manage campaign budgets and pacing to maximize results.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in paid media/performance marketing (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Familiarity with programmatic and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver ROI-driven results.
  • Google/META certifications are an added advantage.
