Job Title: Business Development Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Account Manager to join our team at Smart Work Consultants.

As a Business Development Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

Maintaining Accurate Records: Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.

Client Management: Managing and growing existing client accounts through regular communication, needs assessment, and solution provision.

Sales Performance: Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics, such as revenue growth and customer acquisition.

Industry Knowledge: Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments in the manufacturing sector.

Requirements:

  • 13 years of experience in account management.
  • Account management skills.
  • Knowledge of GST, Tally, SAP, bookkeeping, and taxation.

Education and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG products.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
