Product Implementation Manager

This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the implementation of our product suite. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large-scale implementation projects, mentoring and guiding implementation consultants, and developing strategic solutions to meet client business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and guide implementation consultants to ensure they are effective in their work.
  • Manage large-scale implementation projects for key customer accounts, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop strategic solutions that meet client business needs, working closely with stakeholders to identify workflow processes and challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support, engineering, sales, and project management office (PMO), to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Ensure 100% quality on each delivery through standard testing methods, validation, and user acceptance testing.
  • Translate functional and technical requirements into business documents, prepare test scripts, training materials, and maintain required checklists.
  • Oversee overall project management, stakeholder management, and customer management.

Requirements:

  • Business software experience, such as ERP, CRM, Payroll, HRIS, SAAS applications.
  • Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations at an enterprise level.
  • Knowledge of system development, process improvements, and business processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
