We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager to lead and oversee internal projects across various business units.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of internal projects across departments.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and resources effectively.
  • Drive RFI/RFP processes and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Utilize appropriate project management tools and methodologies to track progress and ensure timely delivery.
  • Foster effective communication between stakeholders and project teams, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Proactively identify risks and conflicts, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to cross-functional teams.
  • Continuously enhance project delivery processes and frameworks to improve outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong project management skills with proven experience handling multiple internal projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in risk management, conflict resolution, and resource allocation.
  • Familiarity with RFI/RFP processes and vendor coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Prior experience in ERP implementation projects will be an added advantage.
