
Digital Relationship Professional

We are seeking a seasoned relationship professional to leverage digital channels and cultivate strong connections with our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with leads, qualifying their investment needs, and coordinating meetings between qualified prospects and offline relationship managers.
The primary focus of this role is on building lasting relationships through effective communication, timely follow-ups, and proactive lead qualification. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a keen understanding of the financial industry, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Nurture leads from digital channels, including website, social media, and paid campaigns
- Assess and qualify leads based on their investment size, financial goals, and product interests
- Coordinate and schedule meetings between qualified prospects and offline relationship managers
- Maintain consistent engagement with prospects through various communication channels
- Track and update lead status, conversion progress, and client interactions in our CRM system
- Contribute to business growth by supporting client acquisition and revenue goals
Required Skills :
- Basic knowledge of equity, PMS, AIF, and investment products
- Experience in customer interaction, lead qualification, and financial advisory support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer queries efficiently
- Proficiency in CRM tools, email communication, and client management
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in stock broking, banking, insurance, or financial services with exposure to client engagement
