Technical Program Manager Job Summary

This is a highly skilled position that requires experience in project management, technical leadership, and strategic planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the initiation and discovery of complex technical projects, collaborating with architects to complete designs, and overseeing the technical program management during development phase.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead the initiation and discovery of complex technical projects, including working with business analysts, UX and CX designers to complete Voice of Customer, Business Requirement Documents, Technical Feasibility and SEO Audits.
    • Collaborate with architects to complete design, including solution, website, UX design and solution and technical architecture.
    • Oversee the technical program management during development phase, including management of business analysts, scrum master/project managers, developers and software vendors.
    • Document SOWs, change orders, meeting notes, weekly status and project timeline and financial tracking updates.
    • Conduct executive communication with internal and external stakeholders highlighting project status, dependencies, risks, and change control.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • 5 years of experience defining projects, collecting requirements, writing detailed functional and test specifications, coordinating efforts to scope, scheduling, and deploying new features sets.
    • 5 years of experience analyzing cost/benefit of feature selection.
    • 5 years of experience with project planning tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
    • 5 years of experience with Waterfall and Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
    • 5 years of experience leading initiation and discovery for complex, technical projects related to Voice of Customer, Business Requirement Documents, Technical Feasibility, SEO Audits, or similar.
