Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced project manager with deep expertise in digital transformation and project management. This role is pivotal in setting up new engagements for success — ensuring the right teams, processes, tools, and governance frameworks are in place.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead mobilization programs across diverse technology platforms.
  • Establish processes, tools, methods, quality controls, and knowledge assets for new engagements.
  • Track and manage contract deliverables including dependencies and entry/exit criteria.
  • Drive delivery excellence using agile methodologies, quality metrics, and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Prepare and present reports for steering committees and governance forums.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and build reusable playbooks and knowledge bases.
  • Partner with Sales, Solutioning, CoEs, Delivery, Platform Engineering, and Recruitment teams to ensure seamless mobilization.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and metrics using industry-standard project management tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Exposure to Generative AI technologies and awareness of emerging tech trends.
  • Experience across the AMS lifecycle — mobilization, transition, stabilization, shadow support, run & evolve, continuous improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global delivery environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivery excellence.
  • Mentorship and knowledge-sharing orientation.

Certifications:

  • PMI or equivalent project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Salesforce platform certification(s).

Job Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in project/program management, with a proven track record of mobilization and transition of delivery engagements.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
  • Strong understanding of web development principles, JavaScript frameworks, RESTful APIs, and integration best practices.
  • Domain expertise in at least one industry (Health, Products, Communications, Media, Technology, Resources, Utilities, Financial Services, or Life Sciences).
  • Functional domain knowledge in at least one area (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Customer Experience).
  • Agile delivery management expertise with a focus on SI delivery excellence.
  • Expertise in project management and tracking tools.
