We are seeking a seasoned Senior AI Insights Engineer to drive innovation and excellence in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building complex data and analytics solutions, with expertise in Python, SQL, and modern data engineering stacks.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Architect: Design and build data and analytics solutions that align with our transformation from Business Intelligence (BI) to AI.
  • Data Product Development: Develop and deploy data products and microservices combining BI tools, Power BI, Qlik, ThoughtSpot, vector databases, and LLM-powered APIs.
  • AI Model Deployment: Build and deploy AI models for use cases like semantic search and insight generation, report summarization, and auto-commentary.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across data engineering, business, product, and compliance teams to align on technical architecture, governance, and platform scalability.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field, and 10+ years of experience in data analytics, AI roles, with demonstrated ability to build complex solutions end-to-end. They will also have deep expertise in AI/ML fundamentals, neural networks, vector embeddings, prompt engineering, transformers, evaluation metrics, and hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI frameworks.

Requirements:
  • Advanced Degree**: Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience**: 10+ years of experience in data analytics, AI roles, with demonstrated ability to build complex solutions end-to-end.
  • Technical Expertise**: Deep expertise in Python, SQL, modern data engineering stacks, AI/ML fundamentals, neural networks, vector embeddings, prompt engineering, transformers, evaluation metrics, and LLMs and GenAI frameworks.
