Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled People Systems Analyst to join our team.

  • Support the People Systems Team by enabling business change, articulating requirements, testing new solutions, and continuously improving existing systems, data, and processes.
  • Work closely with People Operations and functional leaders to resolve issues, maintain systems, and deliver real-time people analytics.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience with Sage People
  • Strong data management and reporting skills
  • Understanding of HR workflows, employee lifecycle, and people policies
Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing and maintaining the Sage People HR system
  • Acting as first-line support for People Systems queries
  • Developing and implementing workflows that align with business policies
  • Conducting end-to-end testing of new functionalities
  • Providing system configuration, troubleshooting, and day-to-day end-user support
  • Producing and interpreting reports and dashboards for people analytics
  • Delivering training and documentation to users on system functionality and self-service processes
