We are seeking a highly skilled Site Operations Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records, including drawings, reports, permits, and correspondence.\
  • Conduct preliminary site inspections to assess site conditions and identify potential challenges.\
  • Interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.\
  • Prepare comprehensive reports detailing site activities, progress updates, issues encountered, and recommended solutions.\
  • Develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other project expenses.\
  • Implement and enforce quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure construction activities meet specified standards.\
  • Review and authorize technical drawings and engineering plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.\
  • Evaluate project feasibility and provide recommendations for approval or modification to project plans.\
  • Enforce safety protocols and regulations to promote a safe working environment.\
  • Monitor project costs and variations, tracking expenses and identifying deviations from the budget.\
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among project team members and stakeholders.\
  • Evaluate site operations and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize resource utilization.\
  • Provide support to the project management team by coordinating site activities and resolving issues.\
  • Undertake technical activities as required, including site surveys, measurements, material testing, and construction supervision.\
  • Assist in the management of site personnel, subcontractors, and resources to achieve project objectives.\
  • Travel to project sites as required to oversee construction activities, attend meetings, and liaise with stakeholders.\
