Site Operations Manager Role

This is a key leadership position that oversees the daily operations, maintenance, and management of assigned sites.

  • Site Operations Leadership: Direct and manage daily site operations and maintenance to ensure smooth functioning and operational efficiency.
  • Financial Management: Assist in preparing financial plans and tracking expenses to maintain cost-effective site operations.
  • Risk Management: Ensure all site operations comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and internal guidelines. Implement health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and update operational policies and procedures to enhance site performance and ensure consistency in operations.
  • Resource Optimization: Efficiently manage and allocate resources (personnel, equipment, materials) to maximize productivity and minimize downtime, ensuring optimal site performance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments (e.g., HR, finance, procurement, logistics) to ensure site requirements are met, and operational objectives are achieved.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor site performance metrics, PUE, KPIs, and operational reports. Identify trends, track progress, and report key insights to senior management.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to improve site efficiency and productivity.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior management to align site operations with the broader organizational strategy and ensure long-term success.
  • Incident Resolution: Develop and implement effective incident response protocols and workflows. Ensure timely identification, troubleshooting, and resolution of network issues to minimize service disruptions.
