Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our site-level continuous improvement initiatives. As the Lean - Site Continuous Improvement Leader, you will be responsible for elevating performance, streamlining operations, and embedding a mindset of innovation across the site.

  • Lean Process Development: Identify inefficiencies and implement lean solutions to enhance manufacturing methods and systems.

  • Project Leadership: Manage site-level projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver insightful reports and presentations that guide decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
  • Networking & Influence: Build strong relationships across teams and functions to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • 12–15 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement roles
  • Deep expertise in lean tools, project management, and data-driven decision making
  • Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A mindset that's innovative, customer-focused, and resilient in the face of complexity
  • Proven ability to lead change, influence culture, and deliver results
