Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Officer to join our team at ADVENXA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and sales, with a proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
  2. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Business Development: Collaborate with the financial planning team to develop and implement business growth strategies, identifying new markets and opportunities for expansion.
  4. Marketing and Sales: Develop and execute marketing and sales plans to promote our financial planning services and achieve sales targets.
  5. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis to management on business performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in business development or financial planning roles.
  2. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients effectively and stakeholders. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  3. Education: Any degree, with a focus on business, finance, or a related field.
