Business Development Executive

Spectrum Softtech Solutions Pvt. Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, pitching and selling services, and identifying new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate leads through various methods, including online and offline channels.
- Pitch and sell services and training programs to potential clients.
- Identify new sales leads and handle incoming inquiries through various channels.
- Gain an in-depth knowledge of our business verticals, including DataCenter, Hosting, ITES, and IT Training.
- Coordinate with our accounts department and follow up on payment collections.
- Prepare reports and maintain online sales and customer management systems.
- Assist our CTO in the administration of our technical division.
- Coordinate between various divisions to ensure smooth functioning of our Technical Training Division.
- Follow up on training-related activities, including reviews, orientations, fee status, and industrial visits.
- Call and coordinate with companies for placement of IT course-completed trainees.
- Filing and maintaining of training documents.
- Manage software related to training and placements.
- Strong communication and IT fluency.
- Knowledge of the industry and its current events.
- Socially adept.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize, handle pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent time management.
- Good coordination, interpersonal, reporting, and clerical aptitude.
0 to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Pay:Rs.12,000.00 - Rs.15,000.00 per month plus incentive depending on relevant experience.
