Faculty Position in Anatomy Department

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced faculty member to join our growing team of anatomists. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the academic and research endeavors of our department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent teaching skills, and a commitment to research excellence. They should be able to deliver high-quality lectures, practical sessions, and tutorials in anatomy for undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Academic and Teaching:
    • Deliver innovative teaching methodologies, including digital anatomy, simulation-based training, and cadaveric dissection.
    • Develop and update the anatomy curriculum as per Medical Council of India (NMC) guidelines.
  • Research and Publications:
    • Conduct and supervise original research projects in gross anatomy, histology, embryology, neuroanatomy, and clinical applications.
    • Publish research papers in reputable peer-reviewed national and international journals.
  • Administrative and Leadership:
    • Serve as Head/Coordinator of the Department if designated.
    • Organize academic events, such as workshops, conferences, and webinars.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • MD (Anatomy) / MS (Anatomy) or equivalent recognized qualification.
  • 8+ years of teaching experience in anatomy as per NMC / MCI norms.
  • Strong academic background with evidence of research publications in indexed journals.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Research aptitude with ability to secure grants and publish.
