Faculty Position in Anatomy

We are seeking an exceptional academic professional to join our esteemed faculty in the Department of Anatomy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, research experience, and excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Academic & Teaching:
    • Deliver high-quality lectures, practical sessions, and tutorials in anatomy for MBBS, BDS, nursing, and allied health sciences students.
    • Guide postgraduate students in advanced anatomical studies, thesis writing, and seminars.
    • Develop innovative teaching methodologies including digital anatomy, simulation-based training, and cadaveric dissection.
    • Design and update the anatomy curriculum as per NMC guidelines.
  • Research & Publications:
    • Conduct and supervise original research projects in gross anatomy, histology, embryology, neuroanatomy, and clinical applications.
    • Publish research papers in reputed peer-reviewed national and international journals.
    • Guide Ph.D. scholars and postgraduate students in research methodology and publications.
    • Collaborate with other departments and external institutions on interdisciplinary research.
  • Administrative & Leadership:
    • Serve as Head/Coordinator of the department (if designated).
    • Organize academic events such as conferences, workshops, webinars, and CMEs.
    • Maintain departmental records, cadaver procurement, and laboratory resources.
    • Ensure compliance with institutional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
  • Clinical Skills & Simulation:
    • Oversee Clinical Skills & Simulation Lab (if applicable).
    • Integrate anatomical knowledge with clinical case discussions and surgical correlations.
    • Promote cadaveric skill training for surgeons and postgraduate students.
