As a faculty member of our institution, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic experience of our undergraduate students.

Your primary responsibility will be to teach B.Sc program courses in your respective specialization, adhering to the curriculum guidelines. You will need to prepare and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions that foster student learning and understanding.

  • Design and implement lesson plans that align with course objectives and promote student engagement.
  • Develop study materials, evaluation methods, and practical assessments that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Supervise practicals, experiments, and laboratory work, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for students.
  • Guide students in academic projects, dissertations, and research activities, providing mentorship and support as needed.
  • Assess student performance through regular tests, assignments, and examinations, using data-driven insights to inform instruction.
  • Participate in curriculum planning and academic improvements, contributing to the growth and development of the institution.
  • Mentor and counsel students for academic and career growth, helping them set realistic goals and develop essential skills.

To excel in this role, you will require mastery in your subject matter, effective communication skills, and familiarity with modern teaching practices. A Master's Degree in a relevant subject is mandatory, while a NET/Ph.D. is highly desirable.
