Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our regulatory reporting efforts, ensuring compliance and excellence in risk management.

About the Role

This role requires a deep understanding of APRA / Basel 3 Credit risk calculation, reporting processes, and systems. Strong analytical skills and excellent interpersonal and written communication skills are also essential.

  • Maintain Comprehensive Process Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, data integrity, and handle internal and external audit queries with precision.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to contribute to strategic initiatives and process improvements, driving business growth and success.
  • User Acceptance Testing: Perform and sign off on user acceptance testing (UAT) for regulatory or system changes, ensuring seamless integration and compliance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Detailed Understanding: A detailed understanding of APRA / Basel 3 Credit risk calculation, reporting processes, and systems.
  • Regulatory Expertise: Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements, developments, accounting, and consolidation.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the above requirements, preference will be given to candidates with:

  • CA/MBA: CA/MBA or other relevant professional qualification.
  • Experience: 7-8 years of experience in a Regulatory Reporting role.
