Project Coordinator Job Description

Job Purpose:

The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking, reporting, and risk management of project progress to support informed decision-making.

  • Monitor project milestones and timelines to ensure on-schedule execution.
  • Collect, verify, and consolidate project data to prepare comprehensive status reports.
  • Conduct site visits to validate project information accuracy.
Data Management:
  • Maintain thorough and organized project documentation, including contracts and financial records.
  • Update and manage the project monitoring database for investment team access.
Coordination and Communication:
  • Engage with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather project information.
  • Assist in scheduling project review meetings and presentations.
Risk and Compliance Monitoring:
  • Identify potential risks and flag deviations from agreed terms or timelines.
  • Participate in risk assessment processes and track mitigation actions.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
  • Preferred qualifications: Post-Graduate degree in Construction Management.
  • 3-4 years of real estate construction experience required.
  • Proficiency in MS Projects, MS Excel, MS Word & PowerPoint required.
