Job Description: Credit AnalystLocation: Remote – IndiaWorking Hours: Eastern Standard Time (US)About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Analyst to join our team and strengthen our credit and deal execution capabilities.
The successful candidate will have 3–7 years of relevant credit experience and will work closely with the US lending team to support underwriting, credit analysis, and transaction execution.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft clear, accurate, and comprehensive credit memos for transactions.Prepare, review, and analyze loan term sheets.Conduct financial and credit analysis to support underwriting decisions.Assist in identifying and assessing risks, and provide recommendations to mitigate them.Collaborate with the US lending team to ensure timely and efficient deal execution.Maintain high attention to detail while working across multiple transactions simultaneously.Qualifications & Skills ( Masters in Finance)3–7 years of credit analysis / underwriting experience with financial institutions, lenders, or investment managers.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid foundation in credit fundamentals.Excellent writing skills and ability to prepare professional reports and memos.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.Exposure to real estate debt is highly preferred.
Good in Financial ModelingAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.Additional DetailsWork Environment: Fully remote, based in India.Work Schedule: Must align with US Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours.
