About this role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with around 3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or financial advisory.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in evaluating investment opportunities, supporting deal execution, and managing portfolio companies.

This is a fully remote opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on cross-border transactions and growth-oriented investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating investment opportunities and supporting deal execution
  • Building and maintaining detailed financial models, valuations, and sensitivity analyses
  • Conducting comprehensive due diligence, including financial, operational, and market analysis
  • Supporting the structuring, negotiation, and execution of equity and debt investments
  • Monitoring portfolio company performance, preparing reports, and tracking key performance indicators
  • Identifying and supporting value creation initiatives within portfolio companies
  • Sourcing new investment opportunities through market research, industry mapping, and networking
  • Preparing investment memoranda and presentations for the Investment Committee
  • Coordinating with senior team members, advisors, and portfolio company management teams
  • Supporting investor relations through the preparation of reports and fundraising materials

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; CFA or MBA is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or financial advisory
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence skills
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; VBA/automation knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High integrity, ownership, and attention to detail
  • Experience in real estate or alternative asset investments is a strong plus
