Job Overview

The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic leader responsible for guiding cross-functional teams on Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with product and engineering teams, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence decision-making and drive organizational projects or product teams forward.

This role involves contributing to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization, facilitating all Scrum events, and driving transaction closure.

Requirements include exemplifying and promoting Agile values and principles, possessing outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills, and having knowledge of agile frameworks or methods, software development life cycles, and traditional project management principles.

A Bachelor's degree and 4 years of product or project development experience, or 3 years of project development experience on an Agile Team, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience are required.

Additional requirements include demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization, understanding of facilitation techniques, intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace applications, and expert-level knowledge of JIRA.

The ideal candidate must have excellent recommendations from peers and managers in past companies.
