We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as strategic project leaders.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead project work streams, leveraging cutting-edge approaches and methodologies to deliver impactful solutions. A skilled relationship builder, they will collaborate with clients while guiding junior staff to achieve common objectives.

  • Independently manage multiple tasks, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Apply critical thinking to complex problems, identifying gaps and risks, summarizing findings, and developing actionable conclusions.
  • Delegating tasks effectively to junior staff while maintaining overall project quality.
  • Execute against project workplans, escalate risks and barriers, and coordinate client communication to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, presenting key takeaways, communicating project updates, and organizing logistics.
  • Apply proven methodologies to unique client situations, collaborating with project members and stakeholders to design effective solutions.
  • Provide direct supervision, coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Excellent written and oral English skills.
  • 3-5 years of relevant project implementation or process improvement experience in a team-based environment.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience within consulting.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Direct supervisory experience.
Preferred Experience

Experience in pharmacy operations, 340B program management, specialty pharmacy operations, or retail pharmacy experience in a hospital setting is highly desirable.
