Job Title: Financial Accountant Professional

The Role

  • This position is responsible for providing financial accounting support to the organization.
  • The role involves processing and scrutinizing major items of profit and loss statements, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of reports on a monthly basis.
  • The selected candidate will be required to liaise with other sections and get appropriate transaction details.
  • Additionally, the role involves coordinating and assisting in IndAS reporting and compliances, including timely completion and submission to RBI after adequate presentation to superiors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Financial Releases, YTD Financials, HO Reporting, and Statutory Audit Requirements.
  • Process Monthly YTD Financials with Variance Explanations as Per Branch Allotted.
  • Support Processing Statutory Audit Requirements as Allotted by the Superior.
  • Process HO Reporting Requirements During Half-Yearly and Annual Basis as Allotted.
  • Liaise, Process, and Control Fixed Assets, ICAAP Reports, and Other Major MIS.
  • Process RBS/RBI Inspection and All Local Bodies Data Requirements.
  • Process, Maintain Accuracy, and Timely Submission of Data.
  • Present to the Superior with Adequate Data Workings Showing Comparatives and Variance Explanations.
  • Maintain Historical Data for Referencing and Reporting.
  • Co-ordinate and Assist in IndAS Reporting and Compliances.
  • Ensure Such Compliances are Maintained.

Requirements:

  • Strong Liaison is Required to Get Adequate Data/Evidences from Related Sections on a Timely Basis to Achieve the Reporting Deadlines.
  • Periodically Provide MIS Reports to the Superior which Will Give Valuable Inputs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Professional certifications such as CA/CS/CMA would be an added advantage.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
