Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Project Lead to oversee the success of an international project in Chennai. This is a full-remote position that requires strong project management experience and a deep understanding of Agile principles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. If you have a passion for Agile methodologies and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field;
  • Certified Scrum Master with +5 years of experience;
  • +5 years of experience as Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban, etc.);
  • Ability to lead projects using agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban to ensure iterative and flexible delivery;
  • Expertise in creating metrics and dashboards using Azure DevOps;
  • Experience with PeopleSoft is an advantage;
  • Strong facilitation skills for agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives;
  • Ability to remove impediments and ensure smooth project execution;
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to foster a productive work environment;
  • Fluent in English;
