Agile Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Lead to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing agile software development projects from initiation to completion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and anchor high-performing Scrum Teams across various projects, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring adherence to defined Agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, developing project plans, timelines, and budgets for on-time delivery.
  • Lead and motivate agile development teams, providing guidance, coaching, and support to team members to maximize their productivity and efficiency.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies, proactively addressing issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
  • Facilitate communication within the team and with stakeholders, providing regular status updates, reports, and presentations to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to define and implement quality standards and processes, ensuring software products meet or exceed quality expectations.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the development teams, implementing agile best practices and lessons learned from previous projects to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology) with minimum 10 years of overall experience.
  • Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master in the IT industry with at least 5 years of experience in this role.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Mandatory Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
