Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Windows System Upgrade Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and troubleshooting Windows upgrades. Your expertise in In-Place Upgrades, Windows 11 upgrades, and ConfigMgr Current Branch Software deployment will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of these projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Expert-level experience with In-Place Upgrades – Windows 10 to Windows 11, and Windows 11 23H2 to 24H2
* Expert-level experience with Windows 11 upgrades – Rollback log files, incompatible OS log file reading/parsing
* Advanced-level experience with ConfigMgr Current Branch Software deployment
* Expert-level experience with OSD troubleshooting – Log files, content download, application and package installs
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
